Hotel Royal - Llanera (Asturias)

We were delighted with the spacious room allotted to us with a comfortable double bed, and a massive bathroom with modern amenities. The hotel facilities were great and included an abundant parking facility, making it very convenient for us to park our car. The staff at the front desk were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was ideal, making it easily accessible and well-connected to transportation options. the breakfast spread was terrific with a variety of options to choose from.

The parking area is spacious and convenient. the staff at the front desk were communicative and helpful. the size of the room and bathroom were a standout and impressive. the overall cleanliness of the room, towels, and sheets were below standard.

The condition of the towels and blankets were old, and there were blood stains on the walls and hair on the bed sheets.

The parking was plentiful and it made checking in a breeze. The staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. We really enjoyed the large bathroom which had plenty of hot water.

The room was not clean and the towels reminded us of our grandmother's old ones. , the walls and ceiling had stains which made us question how often the room is cleaned.

Abundant parking, convenient location, clean room, friendly front desk staff, English-speaking staff, pleasant check-in experience.
